Oksana Vershinina became the PR Director of Renault Russia on December 2, 2019. Previously, she was in charge of the food and sports programs at AvtoVAZ.
- The main task of a manager in a new position will be to ensure effective external and internal communications of the company. She will be directly subordinate to Jan Ptacek (CEO of Renault Russia).
- Oksana Vershinina has a higher education from the Russian State University for the Humanities with a degree in Management and an MB degree in the French-Russian program Master of International Management (Mastere Franco-Russe de management international).
- She has been working in the automotive business for over 19 years in the field of marketing and public relations, and before her new appointment, she worked at AvtoVAZ for 2.5 years.
According to Avto.ru, 114.2 thousand new Renault passenger cars were registered in Russia from January to October, which is 5.2% more than a year earlier. The brand's bestseller is the Duster crossover: it was registered by almost 31 thousand owners (minus 6.7%).
