Video: The Ugliest Porsche & Nbsp; 911 Was Remade Under The Most Iconic

The Spanish company Porsche by Ludic, which sells spare parts for Porsche cars, has remade the exterior of the 911 model of the most controversial generation - the 996 series, according to Road & Track.

-
The Porsche 911 coupe has been the subject of controversy among fans of the brand since the late 1990s due to its too rounded design and headlights that resemble scrambled eggs. Therefore, the Spaniards stylized the appearance of the car after the classic 911th of 1973.
- The car received new front and rear fenders and bumpers, hood and trunk lid, made of fiberglass. To make the silhouette more proportional, the body was lengthened by 19 centimeters. From the old 1973 Porsche 911, they borrowed small design elements, grilles, headlights and lanterns. The coupe also has 18-inch wheels, made in retro style, and glued on stripes in the spirit of the 1970s.

The Porsche 911 Series 996, despite its controversial appearance, marks an important milestone in the history of the model: it is the first 911 to receive water-cooled boxer engines, replacing the classic "air vents". The two-door was produced from 1997 to 2004, and only in this generation the 911 did not have the classic round or oval headlights.
