AvtoVAZ Has Changed The Quality Control Of New Cars

In November, AvtoVAZ began work on introducing a new format for final tests and quality checks. Now all cars coming off the assembly line are tested under the roof, and not outdoors, as before. This became known to the portal "Lada. Online".

• From now on, all new Lad cars are tested on roller stands indoors. Fully assembled machines are tested in different modes and at different speeds, and before that, the engines on separate stands undergo a short run-in with cold and heated oil.
• The 40 km long street test site is no longer used to test newly assembled vehicles. Thanks to this, the cost of fuel and cleaning of the factory premises was reduced: after testing at an open range, cars were returned dirty.
• In addition, AvtoVAZ introduced a more thorough instrumental and visual inspection of cars before sending them to dealerships. Earlier, an employee of the company was caught at the plant, who was stealing keys and door handles from new LadGranta straight from the assembly line.
