Ford Electric Crossover Named Mustang Mach-E

Ford put an end to the rumors and officially announced that the brand's first electric crossover will go on sale under the name Mustang Mach-E. The emblem of the new model has also been published.

• Previously, photos of a prototype Ford Mustang Mach-E with minimal camouflage appeared on the Web. It can be seen from them that the designers tried to make the model as close as possible to the traditional Mustang coupe: they have similar optics and side glass line.

• The electric crossover will receive two versions of traction batteries - with a power reserve of 484 and 600 kilometers (according to the WLTP cycle). Each electric vehicle will be equipped with a fast charging system with a capacity of up to 150 kW, which will make it possible to replenish an empty battery by 10 percent of the charge in 10 minutes, and 80 percent in 45 minutes.
• The Ford Mustang Mach-E will premiere on November 18 at the Los Angeles Auto Show. Immediately after the debut, the company will start accepting pre-orders, for which you will have to make a deposit of $ 500 (32 thousand rubles). The electric crossover will go on sale in 2020.
