Lada Vesta With CVT: New Photos And Characteristics

In October, AvtoVAZ launched mass production of the LadVest model with a continuously variable transmission. A month later, the company did not announce the cost and start date of the new items, but some customers are already receiving the ordered cars. One of them talked about a white sedan with a CVT in the top version of the Exclusive, bought for an unnamed company directly from AvtoVAZ.

• LadVest with CVT can only be combined with a 1.6-liter aspirated gasoline Nissan HR16 with 113 hp. (152 Nm), running on AI-92 gasoline. The Jatco CVT is equipped with a V-belt transmission with a steel belt, a two-stage gearbox and a torque converter.
• The CVT received the SW sedan and station wagon, including the Cross and SW Cross versions. For all modifications, the same technical characteristics are declared: acceleration to 100 km / h takes 12.2 seconds, and the maximum speed is 170 km / h. Consumption in urban mode reaches 9.9 liters per 100 kilometers, in suburban mode - exactly 6 liters, in mixed mode - 7.4 liters.
• In addition to the variator, Vesta received many other small innovations. The top version of the Exclusive has power folding mirrors with integrated turn signals, a fin-shaped roof aerial, a new window regulator control unit, modified seat upholstery, a heated leather steering wheel, deeper cupholders in the front, a black ceiling in the cabin, an armrest with cupholders on the second row.

• One of the first buyers paid 832,410 rubles for a white LadVest sedan with a CVT. According to him, this cost does not include additional equipment and preliminary pre-sale preparation. Official sales of new items should begin shortly.
