Video: BMW And Mercedes-Benz Trolled Each Other On Twitter

The American division of BMW in honor of Halloween tweeted a photo of the 435-horsepower Mercedes-AMG E 53, covered with a cover depicting the more powerful BMW M5 Competition - although the 625-horsepower Bavarian competes directly with the 612-horsepower Mercedes-AMG E 63 S. the signature says that "now any car can change into your favorite superhero."

The response from Mercedes-Benz was not long in coming. Less than an hour later, a tweet came from Daimler's official account: “Nice try BMW. This is a really scary costume. Especially this radiator grill …”.
Nice one, @BMWUSA. That’s really scary costume! Especially that radiator grille …

BMW left the taunt from its main competitor unanswered. Although one could say that a powerful sedan will frighten few people. After all, the BMW M5 still has a small radiator grille, unlike the latest flagship models of the Bavarian brand - the 7 Series sedan and the X7 crossover. Moreover, a new-generation 4 Series coupe is being prepared for its debut, with its "nostrils" becoming even larger.
