Video: An Exact Copy Of The Tow Truck From "Cars" Was Put Up For Sale

A 1955 GMC 100 pickup, stylized as the Maitre character from the Cars cartoon, was put up for sale on Facebook. For a car located in the US state of Tennessee, they ask for $ 50,000 (3.18 million rubles).

-
The pickup only looks rusty - in fact, the car was painted by an artist. The owner of the GMC 100, instead of a radiator grill, made a smile with two big teeth, stuck a translucent film with a pattern of eyes on the windshield and installed a towing device on the cargo platform that matches the age of the tow truck itself.
- The eight-cylinder engine with a distinctive air intake has undergone a major overhaul, and the interior is now in two-tone leather trim. Also, the car was equipped with a DVD player with external speakers - to broadcast the character's voice outside.
- The owner of the car said that the modified GMC 100 is usually used at various festivals. According to him, the cost of all the modifications greatly exceeded the amount he asks for this car.
