The Salon Of The Russian Electric Car "Monarch" Will Be Trimmed With Flax

The Russian company Monarch has published images of the interior of the Concept S electric car. Earlier, representatives of the company announced that they were preparing for production a family of electric cars with a price of 1.5 million rubles.

• Wood, linen, imitation leather, aluminum and chrome were used in the interior decoration of the prototype. The center console houses two screens and an analogue clock. The ceiling is made of two glass panels separated by a decorative LED strip.
• Some of the interior elements are reminiscent of parts from other brands of cars. For example, the steering wheel of the prototype is almost the same as that of current Mercedes-AMG models.
• In total, the Monarch company plans to create six models, which will be based on two platforms. On the first one will be built sedans, liftbacks and crossovers at a cost of 1.5-2.5 million rubles, and the second is intended for flagship models with a price of up to four million rubles. Depending on the modification, the power of electric vehicles will be from 136 to 816 horsepower. The expected power reserve without recharging is up to 500 kilometers.

• The developers say they will build prototypes of two models by the end of 2019. In early 2020, they will go on a world tour, and by 2021, electric cars with autopilot and artificial intelligence will be ready for mass production.
