  • Before installing the electrical filling, each car undergoes a complete restoration using original spare parts. But even after a complete transfer to electric traction, it remains possible to return the internal combustion engine and related components to their place at any time.

  • An electric motor, a power electronics unit and a part of a traction battery are mounted on the engine and gearbox mountings. Another battery is installed instead of the fuel tank. A modern rack and pinion steering mechanism, new disc brakes and reinforced drive shafts are also installed.
  • The 1953 Jaguar XK120 from Lunaz Design received two electric motors with a total capacity of 380 hp. (700 Nm) and a battery with a capacity of 80 kWh. The 1961 Rolls-Royce Phantom V only has information on the 120 kWh battery. Both cars are capable of driving about 400 kilometers without recharging. In other cars, the company proposes to install electric motors with a return of 137 to 598 horsepower.
  • Of the modern functions, restomods have an anti-slip system, cruise control, a recuperation system, climate control and a multimedia system with a touchscreen display, navigation and a WiFi router.

  • Startup Lunaz Design will begin accepting orders to transform British classics into electric cars in November. The minimum cost of one project is estimated at 350 thousand pounds sterling (28 million rubles).
