Video: Peugeot And Citroen Will Leave Omsk

The largest automotive retailer in Omsk, Eurasia Motors, has decided to change the conditions for working with the Peugeot and Citroen brands. Now the dealership will retrain into an authorized service center in order to continue the warranty and post-warranty service of French cars, KS Online reports.
The management of Eurasia Motors does not see the interest of the PS alliance in promoting on the Russian market. According to Avto.ru, for 9 months of 2019, only 7 (minus 22%) new Citroen cars and 14 (minus 30%) Peugeot cars were registered in the Omsk region. For its part, the retailer does not see “tools for changing the mood of the alliance,” therefore it refuses to dealerships.
In total, 2370 new Citroen and 3412 Peugeot were registered in Russia from January to September. This is 17% less than last year's result.
Eurasia Motors remains the official dealer of 9 more car brands: Datsun, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Renault, Skod and Volkswagen. In 2018, the company sold 4.8 thousand new cars and 3.5 thousand used cars, which is a third more than a year earlier.
