Video: Squirrels Hid Hundreds Of Walnuts Under The Hood Of Kia Sorento

In the American city of Pittsburgh, the owner of KiSorento discovered in the engine compartment a store with supplies left by squirrels. The KDKA TV channel told about this story.

- Holly Persitz suspected something was wrong when, during the next trip, she noticed the smell of burning in the cabin and strange sounds coming from the engine. The woman called her husband Chris. He advised to stop on the side of the road and open the hood. To her surprise, the woman found that the crossover's engine compartment was lined with moss, twigs and lots of walnuts.
-
Chris came to the rescue in his pickup truck, and together the couple removed the top layer left by the squirrels. Then they went to the service - and there they collected another half a bucket of nuts around the Sorento engine, and they found a fuel injector hose damaged by animals in Chris' pickup truck.
- According to the Persitz family, the squirrels made a warehouse out of the car after neighbors decided to cut down an old tree that was growing nearby.
