Rosstandart has published certification documents for the medical modification of the five-door Lad4x4. They were designed by the Nizhny Novgorod company "Industrial Technologies", which plans to sell converted SUVs.
- In total, two modifications are certified. The first is designed to transport medical teams: it has two standard seats in the front, and one nurse's chair and a place for a stretcher two meters long in the back.
The second version is designed for passengers with disabilities. It is equipped with a swivel-retractable mechanism for the front right seat for more comfortable entry and exit.
- The list of equipment, in addition to the standard Lad4x4 equipment, includes footrests, a sunroof, heating for second row passengers and a receiver. However, the car does not have "flashing lights" and loudspeakers.
- On the technical side, the SUV remained unchanged: the model retained a 1.7-liter gasoline engine with 83 hp, five-speed "mechanics" and permanent four-wheel drive with "lowering".
