The American Bring Trailer auction announced the sale of a 1983 GAZ-66 with a mileage of 2607 kilometers. For a military truck, located in Naples (Florida), paid 7250 dollars (472 thousand rubles).

The Soviet truck was imported to the United States in 2018 from Hungary, where it served in one of the military units until 1989. Over the past year, the owner of the GAZ-66 has replaced the radiator, generator, spark plugs, hoses and belts, and also repaired the brakes.
- In America, the truck was almost never used, having traveled about 100 kilometers in a year. According to the owner, who brought the car to the United States, only the tires are left for the car to be updated.
- GAZ-66 is equipped with a 4.2-liter V8 petrol engine producing 115 hp. (295 Nm), four-speed "mechanics", four-wheel drive and limited slip differentials in the front and rear axles. The truck is also equipped with a wheel inflation system and an electric winch built into the front bumper.
