American tuning studio Hennessey Performance has developed the first package of improvements for the electric Porsche Taycan. At first, the changes will affect only the appearance, and later the specialists will do their favorite thing - increasing the power.
- So far, only computer sketches of the future tuning package for the Porsche Taycan have been published. The electric car will receive a modified front bumper with an additional air intake, lightweight wheels and new interior trim.
The first ready-made Porsche Taycan from Hennessey will appear immediately after the first cars reach the United States - in 2020. Electric motor modifications will also be tested on it, since Hennessey has never dealt with electric cars before. Atelier head John Hennessy said the Taycan is perfect for the experience. Why the studio did not try to modify Tesla cars, Hennessy did not elaborate.
The Porsche Taycan, which debuted at the Frankfurt Motor Show, has two modifications. The electric motors of the Turbo version develop 680 horsepower, while the top-end Turbo S has 761 horsepower. Acceleration to 100 km / h takes 3.2 and 2.8 seconds, respectively.
