Ford Europe has set the world record for the largest collection of Mustangs. In total, 1326 pieces of the model have come together, which celebrates its 55th anniversary this year.
- To recognize the record during the event, the owners of the Mustangs rode in a convoy with a distance between cars no more than 20 meters. Before that, the cars were neatly placed on a large platform. The previous achievement was recorded in 2017 in Mexico - then 960 Ford Mustangs were assembled in one place.
The meeting was organized at the Ford test site in Lommel, Belgium. The complex has an area of 3.22 square kilometers, 80 kilometers of roads simulating various surfaces. Here, the company's engineers test the performance of new vehicles and prototypes, namely their braking systems, steering and suspension systems.
