
Video: New Gazelle NN: VW Engine And 8 USB Connectors

At the Comtrans-2019 exhibition, GAZ company presented an updated version of the Gazelle Next, which will be called Gazelle NN. According to the creators, the new item has a reduced level of noise and vibration, and the modified design will allow building more different modifications, including fully electric ones.




- Gazelle NN received a new front end with lenticular optics, LED running lights, a radiator grill with a chrome insert and an embossed hood. The turn signals have moved from the front fenders to body-colored rearview mirrors.

Inside, there is a completely new front panel with rectangular ventilation deflectors. Among the available equipment, a driver's seat with 20 different adjustments, climate control, a multimedia system with a nine-inch screen, a steering wheel with buttons, 8 USB-connectors, a 220-volt outlet and many driver assistance systems are declared.
- For Gazelle NN, only one engine has been announced so far - a two-liter turbodiesel with a capacity of 136 hp. (340 Nm) developed by Volkswagen. With it, the maximum speed is 130 km / h.

According to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, serial production of the NN Gazelle will begin at the end of 2020, and the model will go on sale in 2021.
