

Hyundai Motor Company and KiMotors Corporation have invested 80 million euros in the Croatian company Rimac Automobili, which manufactures electric hypercars and is one of the world leaders in electric propulsion systems. In return, Croatian engineers will help Koreans develop two electric sports cars at once!




- The first vehicle to be created under the partnership will be an electric version of the mid-engined supercar, which is preparing for production under the Hyundai N brand. The second car is a kind of super-powerful hydrogen fuel cell car.
- Hyundai has been developing a mid-engined gasoline-powered supercar for the past five years. Concept cars RM14, RM15 and RM16 (Racing Midship) were created within the framework of the project.
Rimac has already released two electric hypercars - the 1088-horsepower Concept_One, which is assembled in an edition of 88 copies, and the C_Two with a capacity of 1914 horsepower. The second model will be built in the amount of 150 pieces, and their assembly will begin in 2020.
