Petr Gruzdev, a car enthusiast and traveler from Karelia, decided to make a special modification of LadLargus called Lärgus Käreliä, which is suitable for both commercial use and road travel.

- The roof of the ideal Largus will be higher than the standard one and will receive additional glazing. The cabin will have a compact weather station, CB / UHF radio communication, and a GSM signal amplifier. The body will also be strengthened and additionally anti-corroded. The station wagon will receive new headlights.
- Lärgus Käreliä will be equipped with rear disc brakes, a differential lock and adjustable air suspension, which will give a maximum ground clearance of 220 mm. The ground clearance of a standard station wagon is 170 millimeters.

-
The standard 1.6-liter Largus engine will be replaced by a 1.8-liter VAZ engine with 122 hp, which will be paired with a robotic transmission. The model will be made bi-fuel: it will be able to drive both gasoline and propane.
- Lärgus Käreliä will also be equipped with a cargo box, a set of camping furniture, convertible berths, a mobile kitchen and other equipment for long-distance travel, and in addition to the car, they want to make a multifunctional trailer with independent air suspension.

Construction of the car will begin in the second half of May, and work is planned to be completed by the end of the year. You can follow the progress of work in the VKontakte project group.
