Nissan Will Release A Special Version Of The GT-R Coupe For 990 Thousand Euros

This summer, Nissan and Italdesign showed the Nissan GT-R50 concept, built in honor of two events at once - the 50th anniversary of the tuning studio, which was celebrated this year, and the 50th anniversary of the Nissan Skyline GT-R sedan, which will take place in 2019.

The reaction of fans of the model around the world exceeded all expectations, so the firms decided to make a production version. 50 examples of GT-R50 will be built, and the cost of each car will start from 990,000 euros (75.3 million rubles) - not including taxes and additional options!

How is the special edition different from the regular Nissan GT-R?

• The GT-R50 completely original body with a lowered roof and unusual LED optics. And the production GT-R50 looks almost the same as the concept car - in the coupe. increased exterior mirrors and changed rear bumper … The prototype has been painted a special gray with gold accents, but buyers will be able to choose any other color combinations.

• The concept had unique interior with digital tidy and carbon fiber trim, but the production version received a simplified interior with multimedia, climate control unit and dashboard from the standard Nissan GT-R. But the original door cards were taken from the show car without changes.

• Engine 3.8 V6 with two turbines borrowed from the Nissan GT-R Nismo. After improvements, the power increased from 600 hp (652 Nm) up to 720 hp (780 Nm) … How much the dynamics has improved, the developers have not yet told.
