While developing the new generation Ford Bronco, which has become a competitor to the Jeep Wrangler, the concern is also considering the possibility of creating a rival to the Jeep Gladiator. This follows from the design sketches shown in the official video, which were noticed by users of the Bronco6G portal.

• Ford released an official video of the new Bronco's design process back in November last year. However, over time, fans of the model, having watched the mini-film more closely, found in it direct allusions to the Bronco in the back of a pickup truck. In the video, a board appears for a few seconds with sketches attached to it, depicting a Bronco with a four-door cab and a developed cargo platform.

• The publication Automobile confirmed the possibility of creating a Bronco pickup in the middle of last year. According to the sources of the publication, such a version based on the SUV will be presented in 2024: it will receive the same power plants as the regular Bronco, but with the addition of a five-liter V8.
• The Bronco Sport crossover will undergo a similar transformation. On its basis, Ford is developing a pickup with a monocoque body, which is expected to be named the Ford Maverick. In the brand's lineup, the new truck will take a position one step below the current Ford Ranger.
