Lada Granta Almost Completely Lost Its "robot"

AvtoVAZ continues to remove from the list of available complete sets of the LadGrant family modifications with the AMT “robot” with one clutch of its own design. As "Lada. Online" writes, this box is now installed only on LadGrantCross, and for other versions, only "automatic" is offered as an alternative to "mechanics".

• From the price lists posted on the official website of the Lada brand, six variants of Grants complete sets with a “robot” in sedan and liftback bodies have disappeared at a price from 586,500 to 683,800 rubles. All of them were equipped with a 1.6-liter naturally aspirated engine producing 106 hp.
• The most affordable LadGrant option at the moment with such a motor and gearbox is a cross-station wagon in the Comfort configuration, which costs 668,900 rubles. LadGrantCross in the Luxe configuration is estimated at 695,900 rubles. There are no other options for two-pedal performance for this model now.

• Other versions of LadGrant have only the traditional "mechanics" and a four-band Jatco automatic transmission, which is paired with a 98-horsepower version of the 1.6-liter engine. At the same time, the "warmed up" GrantDrive Active does not have an "automatic" either.
• For the first time, the gradual exclusion of the AMT "robot" from the LadGrant equipment list became known in September last year: the plant representatives announced that they were bringing the family's configurations in line with the market requirements. And in early December, it was reported that LadXray could face a similar fate.
