Video: It Has Been Mothballed For 30 Years: An Army UAZ Is Being Sold Without A Run
In St. Petersburg, the army UAZ-3151 (formerly the 469th) was put up for sale, all 30 years of its life were spent on conservation by the military. In an ad on Automotive News, they ask for 350,000 rubles for a car.
As the owner describes, the SUV is in perfect condition and on the move. The mileage is only 3638 kilometers. The photos show that the SUV is shod with BFGoodrich tires, but the native wheels are included.
- The car is fully complete, native awning. The rear seat, as the seller writes, is shifted further into the trunk than the native one: the UAZ is made in the version for the RChBZ troops.
- The car is equipped with a carburetor "four" 2.5 with a capacity of 76 hp. The gearbox is 4-speed, the four-wheel drive is connected rigidly. The model was launched in 1972 under the designation UAZ-469. In 1985, the designation was changed to 3151, and in 2003 to the name Hunter.
- Earlier, the blogger RomUrraco found a VAZ "Kopeyka" in a rare modification 21016. These usually went to the police and traffic police. This car was sold in 1982 to a private owner and has covered 3,050 kilometers since then. The car is equipped with a 1.3-liter engine from the VAZ-21011 with a power of 69 hp.
