In the daytime and in the dark, on two-wheeled vehicles, it is allowed to use daytime running lights in a flashing mode of operation. " Vladimir Afonskiy also appeals to the experience of some countries where "flashers" for bikers are legalized. We propose to allow them outside the city limits and on roads with a speed limit of 80 km / h and above.
• Separate stop lines for motorcyclists may also appear on the roads. They will be drawn closer to the intersection than cars. Thanks to this, bikers infiltrating between cars to a traffic light will be able to stand in front of the main stream and safely start moving, and not start in the "aisle", creating obstacles.
• There are also ideas regarding road equipment. Thus, it was proposed to add an additional beam to the metal bumpers in the lower part in order to exclude the hard contact of a fallen motorcyclist with vertical supports, which often leads to serious or fatal injuries. And the markings, perhaps, will stop making them so slippery by changing the composition of the paint.

• According to the statistics provided by the authors of the edits, over the past five years, there have been more than 22.5 thousand accidents involving motorcycles, mopeds and vehicles equivalent to them. More than 2.8 thousand people died, more than 24 thousand were injured.
