Toyota Unveils Extreme Tacoma Pickup For Travel Enthusiasts

In preparation for the SEM tuning show, Toyot has built a special version of the Tacom pickup called Overland-Ready. The car has been improved both for overcoming off-road and for a comfortable pastime on travel.

• The pickup's off-road capabilities are enhanced by a metal front bumper with an integrated winch and metal underbody protection. The suspension has new levers, shock absorbers and springs, and the transmission has a rear differential lock. The pickup is shod with 16-inch wheels with BFGoodrich mud tires.
• The stock 3.5-liter V6 was equipped with a Magnusson mechanical supercharger, which increased the engine output by 93 hp. and 88 Nm - up to 375 hp. and 447 Nm of torque.
• The Overland-Ready Tacom also has an expedition rack with LED chandelier, extra canisters and sandtracks, hijack and air compressor mounts, and an additional platform that can be installed in the cargo hold. The platform can be folded into a tent.
• The truck was created in a single copy to demonstrate the versatility of ToyotTacoma.
