The German tuning studio Brabus has declassified its new project based on the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S. The Rocket 900 liftback has received a deeply modernized Mercedes V8 and is capable of accelerating to 100 km / h in 2.8 seconds, that is, at the level of the latest Porsche 911 Turbo. The price of the first copy is 435,800 euros (about 514 thousand US dollars or 40 million rubles).

  • The standard 4.0-liter V8, which is installed on the Mercedes-AMG GT, the tuners have increased the volume to 4.5 liters and replaced the turbocharging system. As a result, the engine develops 900 hp. and 1250 Nm of torque, but on client cars Brabus will limit traction to 1050 Nm. Thus, the AMG GT has become more powerful by 261 hp. and 150 Nm.

  • The liftback will accelerate to 200 km / h in 9.7 seconds, 300 km / h in 23.9 seconds, and the maximum speed of the Rocket 900 is limited to 330 km / h - the tires will no longer last.
  • In addition to the new engine, the supercar also received an alternative aerodynamic body kit made of carbon fiber with additional vents. The custom suspension with pneumatic elements can operate in "comfort" and "sport" mode, in addition to providing a 25mm understatement. The wheels are forged, 21 inches at the front and 22 inches at the rear, and the wheels are also equipped with carbon fiber aerodynamic liners.
  • Only 10 Rocket 900s will be built in Brabus. The interior of each car will be adapted to the tastes of its owner. Showcase finished in quilted leather and Alcantara with contrasting stitching and carbon fiber overlays.

  • Last spring, Brabus presented an 800-horsepower version of the five-door Mercedes-AMG GT. In turn, Mercedes-AMG itself can develop a more powerful version of the model. According to preliminary data, AMG GT is preparing a modification with the 73e index and a hybrid power plant for the same 800 hp.
