Video: Germany Sells An Unusual Six-wheel Pickup Truck Based On Nissan Micra
On eBay there was an announcement for the sale of a three-axle pickup, built on the basis of the Nissan Micra hatchback. The seller claims that he managed to regulate all modifications according to the TÜV standard (one of the most stringent in Europe) and even register the car as a pickup truck.
This Micra was released in 1998 and has a mileage of 12 thousand kilometers. A 55-horsepower engine is installed under the hood, but for sure its power has become slightly higher due to the muffler from the fifth generation Volkswagen Golf GTI. The exhaust from the car is located on the right.
- The body is finished in scratch-resistant gray Raptor paint.
- The conversion of the car into a pickup truck is done with high quality: brakes are installed on each of the three axles, and the car comes with a spare wheel and a red awning covering the body during bad weather. The equipment also includes a sunroof, power windows and remote control central locking.
- The owner estimated the car at 6.8 thousand euros (619 thousand rubles).
- Earlier in the US, a Chevrolet Corvette C3 muscle car with a body converted into a shooting break was put up for sale. The car received a wide aerodynamic body kit with ventilation slots on the front fenders and a 425-horsepower 6.5-liter V8 from the second-generation Corvette. This alteration was estimated at $ 7100 or 547 thousand rubles.
