One of a total of 810 special 1996 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport sports cars hit the Bringatrailer site. The car is interesting not only for its appearance, but also for its ultra-low mileage - 1126 kilometers. The sports car is currently estimated at $ 27,500 (2.11 million rubles), the auction will end in two days.

This sports car is part of a special Corvette “farewell” batch to mark the completion of the fourth generation Corvette. All of these Corvette Grand Sport were painted in Admiral Blue with a white longitudinal stripe and two red stripes on the left front fender.
- The car is equipped with a 5.7-liter LT4 eight-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed manual gearbox. The engine developed 330 hp. and 461 Nm of torque.
- The chassis of the Corvette Grand Sport features 17-inch black wheels with 275/40 Goodyear GS-C tires at the front and 315/35 at the rear, as well as disc brakes with four-piston calipers. The list of equipment mentions removable roof panels, power seats, climate control and cruise control, as well as a Bose audio system with cassette recorder and CD player.
- Corvette seats were up for sale on eBay in September. Despite the deplorable state, they were estimated at 90 thousand dollars (just over 7 million rubles). This is due to their origin: the seats were installed on the first prototype of the Chevrolet Corvette, built in 1952.
