A teaser has been published on the French Internet forum World Scoops showing the interior of the new generation Hyundai Tucson crossover. However, the Korean automaker denied the authenticity of the illustration, according to Motor1.

• The sketch shows a digital instrument cluster and a large display of the multimedia system, combined with a climate control unit.

• Despite Hyundai's claims, the interior in the teaser is similar to the interior of a test prototype. Judging by the spy photo, the test vehicles have the same center console and the same four-spoke steering wheel.

• The new Tucson will receive a 1.6-liter (183 hp) gasoline supercharged four-cylinder engine from the SmartStream family, as well as a 2.5 T-GDI engine from the SonatN Line with a capacity of 294 hp, combined with an eight-speed robotic gearbox with two clutches.

• There will also be an upgraded two-liter turbodiesel and hybrid powerplant similar to that found in Hyundai's SantFe and KiSorento crossovers. It will include a 1.6 petrol turbo engine and a six-speed automatic transmission with a built-in 60-horsepower electric motor.
• The fourth generation Hyundai Tucson is expected to premiere in the fall. We have already shown its design.
