New Mercedes-Benz S-Class Photographed With Almost No Camouflage

The Autoblog portal has published new spy photos of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan of the W223 generation. This time, there is almost no camouflage sticker on the car. Only the front and back are camouflaged, but the outlines still show through the motley film.

• As we expected, the car will be an evolution of its predecessor (W222). It has clean sidewall lines with a minimum of embellishments. Pay attention to the appearance of retractable door handles.

• The front end will retain the large grille with horizontal stripes, but the head optics will be narrowed. At the rear, the most radical difference from its predecessor will be horizontal lights instead of vertical teardrop-shaped ones.
• Earlier, Mercedes-Benz spoke about the new MBUX multimedia system that the car will receive. Among its features are five displays and a voice assistant that understands more than 20 languages.
• The debut of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class W223 should take place in September 2020. The engine range will include six- and eight-cylinder units, a V12 engine, a plug-in hybrid powertrain and four-cylinder engines for select markets.
